Optimum Merchant Services LLC, provides two simple rate structure for most merchants. The following is a typical example, additional Fees and Rates may apply.

| What is Cost Plus? |
|
VISA, MasterCard and Discover issue rates for various type of credit cards twice a year.
These rates are firm and do not change. All banks who extend credit to merchants against credit card charge these rates.
This is the COST We merchant service providers charge, which is to cover - setup a merchant account, provide network services
from the terminal to the Processor, from processor to the Credit Card issuing bank to the Merchant's bank account.
Our charges at this point, for most type of merchants, are 0.35% over the cost. This rate mechanism is reffered as COST Plus Service Charge.

Using CostPlus rates,
you are always sure about the portion of charges on your statement is being paid to the Card issuing Bank and the portion
you are paying to Optimum Merchant Services. |

As soon as we receive your application via Fax, email or surfacr mail or in person drop in.
We will setup a merchant account and will program your free to use terminal. Once the terminal becomes ready
we will inform you. You may pick up the terminal from us or we can deliver in Houston Service Area in person or by surface mail.
You can plug the terminal in the phone line and start charging credit cards for your customers.
